Job Description

  • Respond to basic inquiries and address any concerns regarding our products and services.
  • Arrange consultations between potential clients and the Sales team.
  • Keep thorough records of calls, including those where contact was not made.
  • Actively follow up with potential clients who were not initially reachable.
  • Perform cold outreach via phone and email to introduce our products and services.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience as an Appointment Setter or a related position
  • A minimum of 2 years working with Upwork
  • At least 1 year of practical experience using HubSpot
  • Strong background in cold calling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Quick and responsive in handling client inquiries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with the ability to adapt to frequent changes
