Job Description
- Leading and directing the quality assurance, quality control, production processes, formula development and company compliance with government regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics).
- Responsible for the implementation of cosmetics product manufacturing that meets the established quality requirements from weighing, processing, packaging to delivery of finished products to the warehouse.
- Managing production planning and control to meet stock policies as established by the company.
- Responsible for the availability and approval of established procedures, work instructions, programs, records and reports related to GMP in production, QA, QC, etc. Including tasks in the physical chemistry, microbiology laboratory and production supervision (IPC).
- Conduct quality control and monitor the needs of reagents, equipment and materials used for raw material analysis, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
- Responsible for developing and training subordinates, maintaining discipline, maintaining work motivation and evaluating subordinates. Creating DIP (Product Information Document) and product list to BPOM until obtaining NA.
- Creating a monthly report.
- Developing new products and better production processes.
- Conducting product research and market research for R&D needs.
- Ensuring quality performance within the company according to established standards. Performing tests, creating test equipment, and developing new technology to improve the quality of products produced by the company.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry specifically in the R&D department
- Experienced in understanding and implementing CPKB (Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Has an active STRA certification and SIPA (Indonesian Pharmacist Association) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Professional Pharmacy
- Honest, disciplined, and proactive in work
- Location: West Jakarta.
