Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from community members and relay it to the appropriate teams within the organization to improve our products, services, and customer experience.
Community Growth: Work on strategies to expand our online community, attract new members, and increase engagement.
Events and Campaigns: Collaborate on the planning and execution of community events, contests, and campaigns to drive participation and enthusiasm.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze community data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of community-building efforts.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues or conflicts within the community while maintaining a positive and constructive environment.
Documentation: Maintain records of community activities, feedback, and engagement metrics for reporting and analysis.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all community content aligns with the brand identity and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
Creative thinking and a passion for building and nurturing online communities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative independently.
An understanding of online community dynamics and social media trends.
Familiarity with content creation tools and basic design skills are a plus.
