Job Description

Accountable for delineating product specifications and characterizing rail-related items
Responsible for assessing, choosing, and reconfiguring substitute products
Create and sustain documentation outlining product requirements
Accountable for assembling regulatory compliance documents
Responsible for the meticulous upkeep of product lifecycle records
Formulate testing methodologies and execute validation tests for rail-oriented products
Establish and manage a comprehensive database of acquired insights
Address product challenges collaboratively with development and quality teams
Participate actively in First Article Inspection (FAI) and assessments for product adherence

The Successful Applicant

This position is only open for residents of Singapore
Possesses an Electronics Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years in the realm of design or product engineering
Demonstrates proficient familiarity with the intricacies of product engineering
Exhibits sound expertise in product validation test methodologies and RCA techniques
Familiarity with standards such as REACH, RoHS, EN 50155, EN 50121-3-2, EN 61373, EN 60068, EN 45545-2 is considered an additional asset
Possesses knowledge of product life cycle management, offering an extra advantage
Proficient in interpreting schematic, PCB layout, and mechanical drawings
Displays autonomy in judgment and creativity when approaching problem-solving
Exhibits robust organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
Functions effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
Capable of proactively addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
Operates effectively within a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as required
