Job Description
Building a customer base by scheduling appointments, cold calling, traveling within your designated area, and meeting with potential clients. This includes providing quotes, preparing proposals, and delivering formal presentations to showcase the services offered.Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for new business.Achieving the monthly goals set by management.Collaborating closely with different departments and international offices to fulfill customers' logistics needs.Keeping precise sales records and managing quotations.Supporting the Accounts Receivable team by monitoring customer payments.
The Successful Applicant
Can speak EnglishMust have 2 to 3 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements.Strong sales and customer service skills.Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently to meet productivity targets.Good organizational skills, as the role involves coordinating with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills.Must display maturity, confidence, and persistence in reaching targets.Must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in any field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
