Our Client is a Regional  Data Security Distribution and Consultancy Services company focusing solely on Data security solutions for our corporate customers.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the deployment and enablement of Service Providers (SP's), Systems Integration (SI's), Born in the Cloud (BIC) providers and established Value-Added Resellers (VAR's)
  • Responsible for the overall growth, health, and revenue of the value-added reseller Partner community
  • Responsible for over achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Directly responsible for partner registered opportunities
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and certification, and engagement of partners
  • Lead selected partners in end-user sales development, including sales cycle management with partners
  • Work with channel marketing and the value-added reseller to develop demand generation campaigns
  • Manage end to end sales process
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements for company’s partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably in IT distributor or IT company
  • Working experiences in developing B2B market
  • Good in both interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
  • Willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude and follow up
  • Have effective and good communication skills both orally and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
