    Job Description

  • Lead the development, analysis, and evaluation of prototype designs, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
  • Oversee the creation and evaluation of working drawings, ensuring compliance with application methods.
  • Provide recommendations for preparing the bill of materials in accordance with procedural guidelines.
  • Develop and evaluate production processes, including calculating TAKT Time and production lead times.
  • Manage manufacturing utilities and facilities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvements in equipment, systems, procedures, and management to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead multiple projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Propose and manage project budgets and programs.
  • Handle reverse engineering tasks, including material selection and knowledge application.

    • The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation).
    • Minimum of 5 years of engineering management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
    • Hands-on experience in a factory environment, specifically in commissioning and contractual reception of industrial equipment.
    • Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
    • Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
    • Familiar with project management software and engineering tools.
    • Knowledge of gauge design and material selection.
