End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from profile screening and candidate outreach to profile crafting and job offerings. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that meets both client and candidate expectations.
Collaborate with Business Development: Work closely with our Business Development team to identify potential clients and generate leads. Collaborate on client presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong client relationships. Take the lead in client presentations, understand their hiring needs, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals. Set clear targets and provide guidance to achieve recruitment goals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Reporting: Maintain regular communication with senior management. Provide detailed reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and team progress.
1-2 years of experience in a recruitment function is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present confidently.
Bachelor's degree in English, Psychology, or related management subjects is a plus.
Passion for human resources management and talent acquisition.
Willingness to dedicate full attention and effort to the role (prioritizing the role over other side hustles).
