About Our Client
The company is a fintech that is established in Indonesia. Our client is licensed and supervised by OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), which is the Financial Services Authority, and legally operates in Indonesia.
Job Description
- Responsible in the process of screening, interview, psycho test and
hiring
- Manage and resolve employee and company relationship issues
- Provide daily performance management (ex.Coaching, Conselling,etc)
- Responsible for staff’s attendance annual leave, sick leave,
turnover, and organizational chart
- Responsible for company payroll calculation both backoffice and
frontoffice
- Responsible for overtime and bonus calculation
- Responsible and be able to manage BPJS kesehatan and BPJS TK
- Responsible for employee agreement including all related document
and employee contract
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance to
the company rules
- Handling and designing company compensation and benefit
package
- Responsible for KPI and SOP
- Responsible for employee grading and employee mapping
- Understand and comply for ISO 27001
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum bachelor degree of psychology or law
- Minimum 3 years experience as an HRD Supervisor in fintech field
- Able to speak Mandarin both oral and written is a must
- Knowledge of HR function (Payroll, recruitment, culture, benefit, etc)
- Proficient in Ms office and word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand about employment laws
