• Responsible for staff’s attendance annual leave, sick leave, turnover, and organizational chart 
• Responsible for company payroll calculation both backoffice and frontoffice 
• Responsible for overtime and bonus calculation
• Responsible and be able to manage BPJS kesehatan and BPJS TK 
• Responsible for employee agreement including all related document and employee contract
• Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance to the company rules
• Handling and designing company compensation and benefit package 
• Responsible for KPI and SOP
• Responsible for employee grading and employee mapping
• Understand and comply for ISO 27001

• Minimum bachelor degree of psychology or law
• Minimum 3 years experience as an HRD Supervisor in fintech field
• Able to speak Mandarin both oral and written is a must
• Knowledge of HR function (Payroll, recruitment, culture, benefit, etc)
• Proficient in Ms office and word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand about employment laws
