    Job Description

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
    • Regularly analyze market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals
    • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to align strategies and offerings
    • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating product value
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and follow-up

    The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Extensive experience selling MarTech products, with a focus on FMCG and Retail clients
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster team collaboration
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
