Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Regularly analyze market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to align strategies and offerings
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating product value
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and follow-up
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship managementExtensive experience selling MarTech products, with a focus on FMCG and Retail clientsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to foster team collaborationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)Experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficialFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
