Job Description
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process based on company needs
- Handle HR administration (attendance, leave, and employee documents)
- Prepare and update employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT)
- Maintain positive employee relations and effective communication within the organization
- Develop and implement SOPs and company policies
- Create training materials for employees and managers
- Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities
- Handle corporate vehicle STNK and insurance renewals
- Ensure smooth HRGA operations in the company
The Successful Applicant
- Maximum age of 30 for men/women
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human
Resource Management from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR&GA
- Strong understanding of labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan & UU Cipta Kerja)
- Experienced in drafting and managing employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT)
- Ability to develop and implement company regulations & SOPs
- Skilled in payroll, attendance tracking, and employee administration
- Experience in training program development for employees & managers
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Familiar with corporate vehicle administration (STNK & insurance renewal)
- Hands-on experience in General Affairs tasks
