Job Description
Manage and oversee sales transactions and payment processes.Record sales figures and revenue.Ensure smooth sales operations and address any issues promptly.Handle the recording and monitoring of petty cash usage.Prepare summary reports for management review.Assist in filing and organizing important company documents.Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors to ensure ongoing business cooperation.
The Successful Applicant
Maximum age of 28 years.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (preferably Communication Studies).Experience in managing international vendors and clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks.Strong negotiation skills with vendors.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Available to join immediately.
