Job Description

  • Manage and oversee sales transactions and payment processes.
  • Record sales figures and revenue.
  • Ensure smooth sales operations and address any issues promptly.
  • Handle the recording and monitoring of petty cash usage.
  • Prepare summary reports for management review.
  • Assist in filing and organizing important company documents.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors to ensure ongoing business cooperation.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (preferably Communication Studies).
  • Experience in managing international vendors and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Available to join immediately.
