Job Description
Engage with new leads from Meta Ads via ManyChat, WhatsApp, and other platforms.Pre-qualify leads and build strong relationships to boost conversion rates.Schedule appointments for the Head of Sales and listing agent.Follow up with cold and warm leads, keeping them engaged over time.Maintain accurate lead data and interaction history in the CRM/Notion system.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with campaign feedback.Coordinate with the sales team to resolve scheduling conflicts.Regularly report on lead status and conversion metrics.
The Successful Applicant
Proven background in real estate sales or inside sales.Excellent communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Familiarity with tools like ManyChat, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms (Kommo, Zoho, Notion is a plus).Ability to respond swiftly and handle multiple conversations effectively.Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
