Job Description

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to sell properties in Bali to the global market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and partners in overseas.
  • Utilize social media platforms to market properties and generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct property viewings and sales presentations for overseas clients.
  • Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the social media agency to implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Proven experience in property sales, specifically to Chinese clients.
  • Demonstrated success in selling properties with a track record of at least $100,000 in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
