Job Description

  • Approach property owners and acquire property listings for sale or rent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring a seamless sales process
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals
  • Ensure properties meet market standards and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Collaborate with international clients and partners to expand property offerings
  • Stay updated on Bali's property market trends and provide insights for property acquisition

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in closing property deals, especially within the Bali real estate market
  • Strong network of property owners in Bali
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
