    Job Description

  • Align HR practices with company vision and mission, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, organizational development, recruitment, training, operations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Design, implement, evaluate, and control training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies based on company needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive company culture oriented toward high performance.
  • Handle employee conflicts and issues with fairness and wisdom, ensuring effective problem resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest regulations, especially the latest Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
  • Manage recruitment, compensation, and benefits processes, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership and communication skills that drive team performance and success.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or Psychology.
  • For HR Manager roles: At least 5-10 years of experience in HR management.
  • For HR Director roles: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Director.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the latest employment regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO).
