About Our Client
Our client is manufacturing company who specializes in industrial pump solutions, particularly for the water utility sector. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive our sales initiatives, particularly in government projects and PDAM (Regional Water Companies).
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial pumps in the water utility sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders (PUPR, PDAM).
- Identify business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Provide technical consultation to customers.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Report directly to the Country Manager.
The Successful Applicant
- Technical background in engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling industrial pumps, particularly for PDAM.
- MUST have experience in industrial pumps and government projects (strong network in PUPR/PDAM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site and directly engage with customers.
- Government channel is a plus.
