Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
Think strategically about creative direction and ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Prepare rough drafts and confidently present ideas to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and lead a creative team of photographers, Videographers, graphic designers, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
Manage a variety of medium to large-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Design and develop concepts for comprehensive branding campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Exhibit a desire to keep honing skills and develop a working knowledge of every facet of the creative process from concept through production.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in design or any relevant major.
Ideally +4 years relevant experience in creative, digital, advertising agency or creative brand.
Well rounded creative and proven 360 thinker.
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
