    Job Description

  • Develop and manage key government customer accounts, with a focus on the Fire, Government, and Military Police sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective sales strategies and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, end users, and team members.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within a diverse cultural context.
  • Manage projects and organizational tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and execution.

    • The Successful Applicant

    • 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, with a proven track record in key account management and business development.
    • Solid experience in managing government customer accounts and distributor relationships.
    • Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-performance environment.
    • Associate degree/Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
    • Experience working in the Fire, Government, or Military Police sectors.
    • Ability to adapt and succeed in diverse cultural contexts.
