Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients using strategic sales techniques
  • Develop new customer leads through prospecting, cold calling, meetings, and product trials
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services, demonstrating features and value to potential customers
  • Understand and effectively communicate product knowledge and specifications to clients
  • Negotiate contract terms to align with customer needs and proposed solutions
  • Consistently track and report to the GM and Principal (Ranpak) on sales activities and progress

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Up to 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the packaging or consumables sector
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Capability to create and deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop new customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a passion for sales
  • Willingness to adapt to rapid changes in job direction
